Microsoft 365 Copilot (Outlook): Summarize an attached proposal, contract, or RFP file
In new Outlook, Copilot can summarize PDF, Word, or PowerPoint attachments, which can help a seller review a buyer's RFP or redlined proposal.
How to do it
- Open the email with the attachment in new Outlook
- Select Summarize a file
- Use the summary to list questions and next steps
