Palantir Foundry / AIP
Enterprise data and AI platform from Palantir that models a company's customers, orders, pricing and operations as one "Ontology", with AIP agents that recommend actions and can write decisions back to connected systems, with people kept in the decision loop.
Use: Connecting customer demand, quoting/pricing and account data into governed AI workflows (e.g., Hexion, Acrisure, Parts Town; Zeta Global is a planned partnership).
Pricing: Not publicly listed (checked Oct 25, 2026).

Palantir Foundry / AIP: Price quote requests using similar past deals and future costs
Palantir's documented chemicals example syncs CRM quotes from Microsoft Dynamics into Foundry so marketing managers can price each quote against similar past deals, targets and forecast raw-material costs, then write the price back to the CRM; won/lost results feed back in. Vendor example, no named customer and no outcome figures published.
How: Sync open quotes from the CRM into Foundry → Review similar past deals and forward cost estimates for each quote → Write the proposed price back to the CRM and log the win or loss

Palantir Foundry / AIP: Connect customer demand signals to delivery, sourcing and pricing decisions
In a Palantir-hosted AIPCon 11 talk, Hexion's CEO says the chemicals maker built one Palantir ontology across customer demand, inventory, delivery, sourcing, supplier contracts, costs and pricing. For vendor-managed-inventory customers, an agent can sense a spike in consumption, expedite existing orders and propose a new delivery schedule, then write the decision back to downstream systems. A downstream customer-targeting agent recalculates which customers are attractive after cost changes, and the CEO says chemists, operators and commercial teams still make the decisions. He credits the $300M EBITDA improvement to Hexion's whole three-year transformation, not to Palantir; no Palantir-specific outcome figures are given.
How: Model customers, orders, inventory, suppliers and pricing in one ontology → Let an agent watch customer consumption and propose a revised delivery schedule → Have the commercial team review the proposal, then notify the customer

Palantir Foundry / AIP: Give insurance teams one view of client, carrier and growth opportunities
Acrisure says its Auris AI platform, built on Palantir's Ontology using Palantir's platforms, is designed to bring client intelligence, growth opportunities, risk insights, placement activity, service needs and carrier relationships into a shared environment, with access governed by permissions, to help insurance professionals identify opportunities and serve clients. No outcome figures published.
How: Bring client, carrier and contract data into one governed ontology → Surface growth opportunities and open placements per client → Coordinate follow-up across service and placement teams

Palantir Foundry / AIP: Connect customer intelligence to marketing on enterprise data
Zeta Global and Palantir announced a partnership under which Zeta's Data Cloud will be rearchitected on Palantir Foundry, so Zeta can bring its Athena marketing intelligence to Foundry's eligible enterprise customers on their governed data. Zeta CEO David Steinberg said the partnership 'can drive more than $100 million in annual revenue to Zeta in the coming years'. That is Zeta's own forward-looking forecast, not a customer result. No customer outcome figures published.
How: Keep customer and operational data governed in Foundry → Use Zeta's Athena layer to turn that data into targeting decisions → Activate campaigns that acquire, grow and retain customers

Palantir Foundry / AIP: Help support agents identify the right part while on a customer call
In an AIPCon 10 talk posted by Palantir, Parts Town's CEO says PartsIQ, built on Palantir AIP and the Ontology, helps customer support agents identify the right replacement part from partial details using equipment manuals, service records, images, past call transcripts and historical knowledge. The agent can then create a quote for the part, and Palantir says the same Ontology extends to dispatch and work-order routing for 1,800 field technicians. No outcome figures published.
How: Load equipment, manuals, service records and past support calls into the ontology → Give support agents an assistant that narrows down the right part during the call → Create the replacement quote and log the resolution for the next caller
